We put the customer at the center of all our process, product and service.

We measure with the rapid market changes, dynamics increasingly more competitive and high standards, and to understand and respond to the needs of our customers, we communicate with them through many channels. Our customers voice is expressed along the entire value chain, from market research before buying, to experience of sales and post-sales service.
To design and produce we monitor product quality indicators. Our gobal process for the quality of services and products offered considers not only the customers feedback, but is also based on continuous comparison and monitoring of performance to best meet the customers needs and the competitiveness of the market.​​
We offer timely responses to our customers needs.
Our responsibility towards the customer does not end with the sale process, but continues throughout the life cycle of the product.
We create value through the dialogue. With our sales network we ensure a constant and open dialogue with our customers. ED GROUP offers a wide range of services: from information on products and services, the management of complaints, to assistance at the Customer’s plants.​

Interpersonal skills and the training of staff from sale to assistance are key elements of our relationship with customers. For this reason, staff training, both in the aspects of client management and on issues of safety and environment is a fundamental duty.

We build strong and lasting relationships over the time, that go beyond simple commercial sphere, to get along with one common goal: to fully meet the needs of customers in each market.
Our selection process of suppliers takes into account several aspects: commercials, environmental and social. Where possible, we prefer working with local suppliers to create employment and generate income in the communities in which we operate, limiting the environmental impact of transport.
We create value and synergies on projects.
We select suppliers not only for the quality and competitiveness of the products and services they offer but also on the basis of respect of social principles, ethical and environmental issues.
In all new contracts we ask partners to comply with our Code of Conduct.
We evaluate the risks within the supply chain.
We have adopted a risk map to identify potential problems. The factors that we analyze are: revenue and any financial risk factors; the possible difficulties associated with the geographic location of the supplier; the results for the self-assessment questionnaires and audits of sustainability.
Involvement, participation and communication are the tools that we intend to enable our partners a relationship based on mutual trust. We promote dialogue and discussion on a variety of issues related to sustainability.
